Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                   
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 38 Relating to state control of                      
the management of the region surrounding the Fortymile River and               
its drainage which had been held on the Secretary's Desk (page                 
4113) be taken up.  Without objection, the resolution was before the           
Senate in final passage.

The question being:  Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                         
NO. 38 Relating to state control of the management of the region               
surrounding the Fortymile River and its drainage, pass the Senate?
